South Padre Island Local Promo.

Sat. Dec. 13 we will be showing Lloyd studios and doing Henna in side by side booths in front of Island Fitness. This is a 1 day local promo. My next scheduled showing is in Feb. in Apache Junction AZ.

I know it's a long shot but if you happen to be on S. Padre Island
TX, stop on in. I'll give free henna to anybody who says they saw my journal on Deviant.

It's off to island time!

After a good first run at the NC Ren. Fair I'm off to South Padre Island , TX for the next two months . I'll have lots of time catching up on all sorts of projects . If anyone is interested , I do have time for a few extra custom carvings over the winter . That pretty much involves anything you could possibly imagine done in bone , antler , or antique ivory . Just send me a message , and a basic outline of your project through my website www.buschfineartstudios.com . Prices vary depending on materials and time involved .

I have reached the halfway point of the NC Ren. Fair. I have not had much time to put all the stuff I have done over the last few months up, but be assured they are being photo archived and will be up A.S.A.P. If anyone is in NC please stop in the fair, it is in Huntersville, NC and we will be showing till Nov.16 weekends only. Our gallery tent is buy the jousting track.

Full Load

Who would have figured working for yourself would be so tough. I'm currently working a Henna gig 20 or so hours a week, then trying to pull 40 hours a week carving in my studio for NC Ren. Fair. Anyways you can expect a lot more carvings and Henna over the next few weeks, I just need to squeeze in a photo shoot. My new masterpiece is almost ready, it's a dragon done in moose antler full relief carving.

Just accepted into North Carolina Ren. Faire!

The rest of Aug-Sept I'm doing Henna body art at the MN Ren. Festival on the weekends, but I have a full carving studio so I'm still able to do custom work . In Oct.-Nov. I'll be showing my carving at the North Carolina show out of Lloyd Studios, but I will be the manager, and lead artist. I will have one other artist showing with  me , Bethany Tussing she's in some ways a better carver than I am.

Two more weekends showing!

There are two more weeks of showing carvings out of Lloyd Studios at the Colorado Ren. Faire , then it's the Minnesota Faire where I should be posting a lot of Henna. It's my weekend job there.
